Curriculum is not the student. The student is the focus. How we create movement in the classroom is through interests, learning styles, and preferred modes of expression.
Self-Efficacy for All
Self-Efficacy allows for the student to create for self! The student becomes the owner of what they create. The educator? The facilitator of the curriculum, and the facilitator of resources to allow for students to discover the best of selves and share the best with one another.
JOY!
The result? JOY for educator, students, and all who get to participate in what is created. When the student is the center; when the student's abilities and strengths are the focus, the results are positive for the students, the educators, the families, and the communities in which they all live.
